Egypt orders Dissolution of the party in the former power of Mubarak

April 16 (Bloomberg)--an Egyptian court ordered the dissolution of the former National Democratic Party of deposed President Hosni Mubarak.The Court also held power that the party assets should be liquidated and transferred to the Government, judge Magdy al - AgatiHead of the Supreme Administrative Court, said today, to Cairo.Recent, Egypt protests have called for the dissolution of the party, which holds a majority of seats in Parliament now. Demonstrators also called on members to be forbidden to report to the parliamentary elections in three decades of September.Mubarak rule ended in February after it transferred authority to the Supreme Council of the country of the Armed Forces after 18 days of mass demonstrations. Since then, senior officials of the NDP, including Mubarak, his son Gamal and businessman Ahmed Ezz, President of Ezz steel would have arrested and questioned a broader corruption investigation.The health of Mubarak is stable after he suffered a heart attack while he was interrogated, Egyptian State television reported on April 14.
